Do you have a project you have been meaning to start or finish and need a motivation boost?

Would you like to spend the afternoon sewing with others on your own individual project?

Come and spend a couple of hours in a friendly, sociable, creative setting and bring your own project to work on.

What you need to bring?

All materials needed to work on your own sewing project.

What is included?

Full use of Janome sewing machines
Shared use of the studio overlocker
A selection of sewing tools available to use including rotary cutters and mats & sewing clips
Tea/coffee

Cost: £15

Please note – this is a social group where the group can share ideas and help each other. There is no formal teaching although Lorna will be on hand for tips etc. If using the sewing machines you need to have used a machine before and be happy to work independently during the session. Guidance will be given using the studio machines. If you would like a beginners class – see the workshop timetable or get in touch with Lorna to discuss 1 to 1 sessions.

The group is not limited to machine sewing. Please feel free to come and hand sew, knit, crochet or do any non messy crafts!

Cancellations

Please give as much notice as possible if you wish to cancel your booking, to give the opportunity for someone else to attend.

If you wish to cancel a sewing club booking, for a full refund, at least 24 hours notice is required. This allows sufficient time to open up the space to someone else. The option to transfer to another class will be offered (space permitting).

If less than 24 hours notice is given, a refund will not be possible unless the space can be filled by someone else.
